Description
PURE Beet Endurance is a powder made from concentrated beetroot juice with no additives or preservatives and contains naturally occurring nitrates and is recommended for nitrate loading before racing; endurance events or to support endurance performance.

The science behind beetroot for performance is solid and loading pre-event is now common practice for both recreational and elite athletes.

How does its work? Beetroot is high in a naturally occurring compound called nitrate. Once in the body; nitrate is converted to nitric oxide (also naturally occurring) which in turn helps to open up our blood vessels.

The dilated blood vessels increase blood flow; helping to deliver more oxygen; nutrients and clear waste products from your hard-working muscles.

When drinking PURE Beet Endurance; the nitrates come in contact with saliva and are naturally converted to nitric oxide. To optimise this process avoid teeth brushing; chewing gum or drinking following consumption of PURE Beet Endurance.

Features
  • 369mg nitrates in every 30g serving
  • Each pouch is equivalent to 1.6kg fresh beetroot juice
  • Slightly sweet non earthy taste profile
  • Convenient & easy to consume
  • 100% pure concentrated beetroot juice

Be aware of other low nitrate level beetroot powders that are only made from freeze-dried beetroot and not the concentrated juice.

Use

Simply mix 3 lightly heaped tablespoons with 250ml water to ensure adequate fluid intake. Consume at least 3 – 4 hours before an event and for optimum results take daily as directed for 2 – 5 days before your planned event.

To preload in preparation for an event take 30g of PURE Beet Endurance powder each day in the 5 days leading up to race day. Alternatively; take 30g 3-4 hours pre exercise session. The powder can be added to water; smoothies or used in food. It's worth noting saliva is key for the conversion from nitrate to nitric oxide.

Avoid use of toothpaste; mouthwash or chewing gum at time of consumption as it may interfere with nitrate ingestion.
