We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless we need to chase up any additional information from you, or in very exceptional cases. We use NZ Post's courier service, so many of our North Island customers who are using a residential address in a major town or city, will receive their order the following business day. Non-urban deliveries may take up to 3 days and rural delivery may take up to 5 days. Deliveries may be delayed when the postal system is under pressure, such as over the Christmas break and during pandemics.
If for some reason, we don’t have the item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know your options.

International delivery
We do not currently offer international delivery.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from either Trek, Trail & Fish at 4 Wakelin St, Kamo, Whangarei, or from Stride Performance at 8 Rathbone St, Whangarei. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready.
